# Engagement & Commercial Model — ARETION Solutions

Canonical page: https://solutions.aretion.org/

ARETION does not publish per-seat list pricing. Every engagement is scoped against an
institutional requirement, so this file describes **how commercials are structured and
what determines cost** — the information an evaluator (human or agent) needs before a
conversation. For a quote, contact contact@aretion.org.

## Engagement types

### 1. Asset deployment / licensing
Deploy one of ARETION's fourteen owned technology assets into your environment.
- Basis: annual licence, scoped by deployment footprint and support tier
- Includes: versioned product updates, in-Kingdom support, security patching
- Cost drivers: number of sites/facilities, user population, integration count,
hosting model (in-Kingdom dedicated vs. shared), support response tier
- Typical path: capability session → scoped pilot → production deployment

### 2. Custom institutional build
A purpose-built system where an existing asset does not fit the requirement.
- Basis: fixed-scope phases with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Includes: security and data-governance design, integration, handover, support model
- Cost drivers: scope, integration surface, compliance obligations, timeline
- Typical path: requirement definition → architecture and gate review → phased build

### 3. Cybersecurity service line
Nine capabilities, available independently of the product portfolio.
- **Assess** — fixed-scope review of a platform; priced per engagement scope
- **Build** — defences designed and implemented into the product and processes
- **Manage** — continuous monitoring, response and reporting; recurring subscription
- Cost drivers: asset count in scope, environment complexity, monitoring coverage
  hours, regulatory reporting requirements

## What is always included

- Alignment with NCA ECC 2-2024 and PDPL as a design baseline, not an add-on
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) interface and documentation
- Defined support and escalation model agreed before commitment
- Clear ownership and IP boundaries fixed in contract

## What is optional and priced separately

- 100% in-Kingdom hosting with contractual data, backup, log and operations residency
- NAFATH and national-platform integrations
- Dedicated environment rather than shared tenancy
- Extended support hours or on-site presence
- ISO-aligned evidence packages for audit and certification programmes

## What is free

- Capability session — a scoped conversation about the operational requirement,
at no cost and with no commitment
- Solution overview videos — unlocked with name, organization, phone and work email
  at https://solutions.aretion.org/#assets

## How pricing is determined

ARETION prices against deployed scope rather than headcount alone, because institutional
systems vary far more by integration surface and compliance obligation than by user
count. Two customers with identical user numbers can differ several-fold in cost if one
requires dedicated in-Kingdom hosting and six upstream integrations and the other does
not.

Engagements begin with an operational requirement, not a demo. Commercial terms follow
the scoping conversation, not the other way round.
